Growing up in a minority language group in Asia, I have personally experienced how lives in my local community were transformed as people were able to understand translated Scriptures in their mother tongue. I came to Canada in 2007 to study accounting and management, and God opened the door for me to join Wycliffe in 2008. Since then, I have been living in Calgary, leveraging my financial expertise to advance the Bible translation movement by promoting financial integrity, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring global workers have the financial support they need to thrive in their mission. With the entire Bible now available in my language, I can attest to the powerful experience of reading Scripture in my mother tongue. My daily prayer is for God’s Word to reach people of every culture, language and nation.
