Women of Heart (WOH) Awana Team
Position Summary:
The WOH Awana Team Member leads preschool children into a time of fun, meaningful, heartfelt understanding of God with games, crafts, stories, and song, and builds consistent relationship with the children.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Arrive 30 min. prior to ministry start time to meet with Children’s Team for prayer
- Serve as part of a team under guidance of Awana Director
- Provide guidance and care for preschool children as they participate in Awana games, stories, songs, Bible memory work, craft, snack, and activity times
Time Commitment:
Qualifications:
- Understanding of, and agreement with our Statement of Faith, Principles & Beliefs
- A growing relationship with God
- Ability and joy in connecting with preschool children through a structured environment
- Minimum 6 months of regular CSC church attendance

Children’s Ministries volunteers must be Grade 7 or older
