Community Group Leader
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare for and lead the weekly community group gathering using curriculum provided
- Attends all Youth Ministry training & large group community activities
- Connects relationally with students, parents & families in the Community Group under their care
Qualifications
- Understanding of, and agreement with, CSC Statement of Faith, Mission and Pursuits (as per cschurch.ca/aboutus)
- Spiritual gifts of leadership, and shepherding
- Strong relational, communication, mentoring and listening skills
