Childrens Program Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities
- Under direction of appointed leader, ensure children are safe at all times
- Build relationships with children and their parents, encouraging them and demonstrating a Christ-like attitude
- When appropriate, and in context of relationship, share the Gospel with gentleness, love and respect
- Pray for the children and their parents regularly
Qualifications
- Understanding of, and agreement with our Statement of Faith, Mission and Pursuits (as per cschurch.ca/aboutus)
- Spiritual Gifts(s) of Service, Mercy, Shepherding
- Love for children and desire to see them grow and experience Jesus’ love for them
- Christ-like love and respect for new immigrants/people of other faiths and cultures

- Police Check and Child Intervention Check
- Two references and CSC Policy to Protect training
