DM: Handbell Choir Member
Position Summary:
As a Disability Ministry Handbell Choir member, you will be part of a welcoming group of adults with or without disabilities who create music together using handbells. You’ll follow the direction of the choir leader, play your assigned bells during songs, and work as a team to share music that brings joy to others. No prior musical experience requires just a willingness to learn, listen, and have fun making music.
Ministry Vision:
Our mission is to introduce people to Jesus and help them become fully devoted followers of Him. We do this by discipling, equipping, and investing in children, youth, and adults with disabilities—as well as their parents, support workers, and our volunteers. Through both inclusive and specialized environments, we aim to support the broader church community in making the gospel accessible to everyone. By bridging the gap between the church and the disability community, we strive to foster inclusion, understanding, and spiritual growth for all.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Specific Roles:
- Play 2 bells & ability to read regular music
- Point for a person who needs additional support
- A person with a disability who will play a bell
Time Commitment:
- Once per week on Monday evenings, and during scheduled performance dates
