In Matt. 14:22-33, we find Jesus sent His disciples into a storm because He wanted their faith to arise! The disciples were desperate and paralyzed with fear as the wind and the waves battered their small boat. But it is through this storm they understood the identity of Jesus like never before. God still uses our personal storms to reveal Himself to us - not just what He can do but who He is!
